Holy Trinity Building Project 2010-2012
Holy Trinity are planning a number of renovations and the building of a new hall. This project has been under discussion since 2008 by Vestry and the building sub-committee.
The plans include the renovation of the current church hall to be a carpeted and fully equipped meeting space for church services and other gatherings. This will immediately benefit our 1:30pm bi-lingual youth congregation, our 10am Sunday School ministry and other mid-week ministries. The stage part of the hall will be converted into staff office spaces, and meeting rooms will be expanded.
Outside the plan is to build a new multi-purpose hall, which will be accessible from the current buildings but also from outside. This will be of use to youth + CEBS groups, primary age boys and girls groups, young adults sport ministry and others.
The building and refurbishment is finally underway and there will be an increasing ‘builder presence’ on the site through to October 2011. We trust the disrupton to existng church programs will be minimal and short-lived. Our sincere thanks go to all who have helped in the tdying up and re-locaton work to date.
